She responded immediately, and I believe we met at the home a day or two after I called her. I, being unaware that the home had been vacant and on and off the market for two years, she came prepared with as much background information she could gather on the home. The next 35 days to closing was a whirlwind, and if it weren't for Lynn's expertise, I doubt it would have closed as smoothly as it had, if at all. Lynn made my problems hers, and handled most of the coordination between inspectors, insurers, loan officers and title company.
